The contact form collects your name, email address, optional organization and phone details, request subject and message. A one-way hash of the IP address and submission time are recorded for form security and abuse prevention. Do not include sensitive personal data or confidential access credentials in your message.
How is information used?
Information is used to record and evaluate your request and communicate about it. Submitting a form does not create a marketing subscription. In this version, information is stored in the database and is not automatically sent to third-party email or advertising services.
Storage and access
Only authorized persons should access request records. Records should be retained only for the required period and deleted when no longer necessary. The precise retention period and legal basis should be specified in the company’s published personal data notice.
